Clearly a house favorite!  Smoked kingfish combined with seasoned cheese dip, served hot with garlic parmesan baguette.

Grilled chicken shredded, mildly seasoned with a trio of cheeses, and served with garlic parmessan baguette.

 

Lobster Bites

Our signature appetizer!  Fresh lobster, deep fried and seasoned with a choice of old bay, Cajun, or plain. Served with freshly made lemon garlic butter.

 

Garlic Butter Caprese Portabellas

2 portabella mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, topped with garlic butter, then slowly broiled.

 

Shrimp

5 jumbo shrimp, either marinated and grilled or traditional cocktail style.

A delicious assortment of Italian meats (prosciutto, pastrami, and capocollo), cheeses (smoked gouda, baby swiss, and asiago), and olives.  Served with spicy beer mustard, and red wine infused mustard.

We use a mix of brisket, short ribs, and ground chuck to set our burgers apart from the pack.  Comes with lettuce, tomato, and chips.

Choice of toppings: red onion, fresh basil, pickled red onion, roasted red peppers, bacon, portabella, cheese: mozzarella, American, cheddar, pepper jack, beer cheese, and bleu cheese crumbles.

A blackened burger with bleu cheese crumbles and bacon on a grilled brioche bun.
