BURGERS & SANDWICHES

We use a mix of brisket, short ribs, and ground chuck to set our burgers apart from the pack.  Comes with lettuce, tomato, and chips.

Coal Miner's Burger (premium beef or vegan)

Our premium burger with lettuce, tomatoe, and carmelized onions.

 

Black and Blue Miner (premium beef or vegan)

A blackened burger with lettuce, tomato, bleu cheese crumbles and bacon on a grilled brioche bun.

 

Mushroom Swiss Burger  (premium beef or vegan)

Our burger topped with portabella mushrooms, onions, and Swiss cheese on a brioche bun.

 

Beer Cheese Burger  (premium beef or vegan)

With lettuce, tomato, and topped with beer cheese and bacon on a pretzel bun.
