BURGERS

We use a mix of brisket, short ribs, and ground chuck to set our burgers apart from the pack.  Comes with lettuce, tomato, and chips.

Coal Miner's Burger

Choice of toppings: red onion, fresh basil, pickled red onion, roasted red peppers, bacon, portabella, cheese: mozzarella, American, cheddar, pepper jack, beer cheese, and bleu cheese crumbles.

 

Black and Blue Miner

A blackened burger with bleu cheese crumbles and bacon on a grilled brioche bun.

 

Beyond or Impossible Burger (vegan without cheese and garlic butter)

Plant-based hamburgers which are  taking the country by storm.  Topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

 

Beer Cheese Burger

Topped with beer cheese spread and bacon.  Served on a pretzel bun.

 

Flat Iron Steak Sandwich

Our signature steak sliced and grilled topped with bell peppers, onions, and beer cheese.

Roasted Vegetable Linguini

Roasted vegetables, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and basil pesto, served over linguini.

 

Florentine Linguini

Linguini with an exquisite white sauce made in house with cherry tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan cheese.  Add chicken or grilled shrimp.
